Copper Terminals in Water Heaters

The conductivity body used by wiring Copper Terminals, connectors and busbars is made of electrolytic copper (H65) as the basic material. Copper has excellent conductivity and is inferior to silver. As the wires connected with Copper Tube Terminals are made of copper, the same material and the same expansion coefficient will not cause the connection looseness problem.

With good geometric stability, small water absorption, compared with the creepage mark index.  The flame retardant is very high, stable and superior to thermoplastic under the condition of temperature rise, but poor toughness;  
Glass fiber reinforced nylon PA-F  
Glass fiber reinforced nylon has strong rigidity and hardness, and is used at higher temperatures than non-reinforced nylon.  Therefore, it is also suitable for the field of overvoltage protection.  
Reinforced nylon absorbs less water than non-reinforced nylon.  Apart from the above differences, the two materials have the same properties.  According to UL94, fiber-reinforced nylon has a flame retardant rating of HB to V0, of which V0 material is dyed black in most cases;
